Prior to beginning work on this assignment, read Chapters 4, 6, 8 in your textbook (Links to an external site.). For additional information review the chapters in the A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) (Links to an external site.) that
align to the challenges of managing project scope and project
stakeholders. Conduct research using least six scholarly, peer-reviewed,
or credible sources to support your assignment.

For this
assignment, you will create a PowerPoint
presentation, which you will use for Section 1 of your Week 5
Informatics Implementation Project Proposal interactive assignment,
covering the scope, justification, and stakeholders involved in your
individual project plan. As evident in real world executive settings,
your presentation should be formulated to be concise. The executive
level PowerPoint presentation should be appropriate to be reviewed on
the agenda of a Board of Directors meeting at the selected Integrated
Delivery Network (IDN). The presentation must be ­­­­ between six and eight content slides, not including the
title slide and references slides. Add speaker’s notes (Links to an external site.)
to the bottom of each slide for ease of narration and to provide
accessible content to students with accessibility needs, if requested by
your instructor.

In your presentation, address the following:

• Outline
  the strategic stakeholders who will be the focus of your communication
  plans and decision-making needs related to your individual informatics
  project,
• Examine the clinical and business justifications for
  technology costs involved in the implementation identified in your
  individual project plan
• Determine the appropriate scope of work
  for your individual informatics project including a clear statement of
  what work is not within the scope of the implementation project.
