Lab Exam 2
Your exam will be run through plagiarism detection programs that compare the wording of your answers to everything that is available on the internet, as well as other students’ submissions. IF YOUR EXAM RECEIVES ANY FLAGS FOR ANY GIVEN QUESTION, YOU WILL RECEIVE A “0” ON THIS EXAM. Use your own words and your own ideas. Do not ‘copy and paste’ anything, and cite your sources!
BE AWARE THAT UPLOADING empty or completed EXAM QUESTIONS to sharing websites (e.g. Course Hero, Study Blue) or other students constitutes academic dishonesty, and will be penalized.
• Answer all questions below. Partial credit will be given, so give some answer over no answer.
• Answer each question fully, in your own words, with grammatically correct college level English. I expect organization and paragraph structure.
• If you include diagrams, please label and explain them.
• There is no expected length of an answer, but each answer should not exceed 1 page.
• You are free to use any resource (internet, text, notes, etc.) available to you except other people. I need to see your ability to answer these questions and I cannot help you improve in science if you aren’t being honest.
• Each question is worth 25 points and will be graded using the rubric below.
• This is going to take a lot of time, so start now! If you wait until the last minute, you will not be able to successfully complete this exam.
• You will upload your completed Lab Exam 2 on Canvas, TYPED (no handwritten work accepted). As stated above, it will be subjected to a plagiarism test.
• Create a new document with your answers. DO NOT INSERT YOUR ANSWERS ONTO THIS DOCUMENT! It will get flagged for plagiarism because it will match the original document!
